  If I could give less than one star. I would. Food was old and cold, every thing on the hot buffet was room temperature at the most. Dumplings were raw as well as cold. I very nicely told the guy that the hot buffet might not be working since EVERY THING on both bars were not even anywhere near warm, much less hot. They were adamant that the food was at the correct temp. Was just the air conditioner that made it cold. From the feeling, the ac was not set low at all and it certainly should not have changed the food temperature if they were doing what is required to have a safe buffet. Didn't eat off cold section, couldn't even eat 2/3 of what little I tried.Still paid full price; got no apology, only unrealistic excuses. Not going again!

  Use to be a decent restaurant. It's been getting worse over the last 4 months. Today's visit will be our last. Right at lunchtime they use to get busy. There were 5 tables being used. There were no workers visible on the floor for longer than 10 seconds at a time and forget trying to get their attention. We saw 5 different customers going in the area just between the buffet and the kitchen having to get their own drink refills. The pictures provided here show a nicely stocked buffet full of appetizing food. Wish it had been that way today. What few dishes were out had every bit of meat picked out of them with lots of veggies left. That means one thing, there wasn't much meat in them to start with. The fried offerings were swimming in grease. There was no sushi at all. Normally it only takes 1 trip to be comfortably full and not need to eat again for several hours. Remember how people use to joke about having Chinese for lunch and leaving still hungry (before the days of buffets)? We all left hungry today. 2 more tables were filled while we were there. I'm not sure what they found to eat since we only saw a couple of serving dishes refilled. All the empty tables should have warned us since the last time we had been there, the restaurant was full at noon. The worker couldn't even be bothered to bring our check to our table. We had to go to the register and wait for someone to finally come out of the kitchen to enjoy the privilege of paying for the awful excuse for food. Very overpriced. The restaurant won't last much longer at this rate. If you want good Chinese food make the drive to downtown Murphy and enjoy the restaurant near the courthouse. Much better food, prices, and service.

  I've eaten to go buffets from here a lot and the food was amazing. Today however the food was really dry most over or undercooked. The teenage boy that was the hostess/waiter was horrible. He brought us drinks never once cleared plates or filled our drinks. He honestly probably didn't even know we needed anything because he was seated behind the counter head down with headphones on. Customer service was non existent here and since I work in it I've learned to give the benefit of the doubt but in this case none was given because the only time anyone was even looked at was when they walked in the door.
